Indiana Jones waterfall, Lumiar: why it is closed
It is the most adventurous waterfall in Lumiar and, for now, should not be visited: Descubra Nova Friburgo reports it is closed for geological safety reasons.
What the visit was like
It lies above São José waterfall. To reach the fall you waded a creek knee-deep and crossed a canyon between huge boulders with trees on top, the Viciada em Viajar blog reported. There is no bar or toilet, and the advice was always to go in a group or with a guide, without children or older people.
